  • Customer pain point: "We see something strange happening in the market (e.g., a competitor has changed its behaviour dramatically), and we have several theories about why this is happening, but we don't know which one is correct. Our multi-million dollar decision depends on this."


  • GIN approach: We use GIN. You give us all the known facts, and we generate 4-5 mutually exclusive hypotheses and systematically try to disprove them. The one that withstands the most criticism is the most likely.


  • Result for the customer: An "ACH Dossier" that provides not just an "opinion" but the most likely explanation of the situation based on a rigorous logical process, and clear questions for further investigation.
